World No. 3 tennis player, Carlos Alcaraz, shared his amusement about a group of fans who came to his Indian Wells match dressed in bee costumes. He even took a selfie with them after his victory.
“It was really funny,” Alcaraz commented. “They were very supportive throughout the entire first set. I kept looking at them and laughing. I always say that when I’m laughing, I enjoy being on the court more and play my best tennis. I think they contributed to my level of play today.”
He added, “I didn’t notice them until the second game when they were shown on the big screen. It was hilarious. After the match, I took a selfie with them because I think they deserved it.”
