Manchester United fans were outraged as their team conceded a goal against Fulham that mirrored their previous FA Cup encounter.
In a repeat of the 2023 FA Cup tie, the Red Devils faced Fulham at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Fulham took the lead in the first half when Calvin Bassey headed in a corner from Andreas Pereira at the far post.
While Fulham fans celebrated, Man Utd supporters experienced a sense of déjà vu.
The goal was eerily similar to the one scored by Aleksandar Mitrovic against them in the prior FA Cup match against the same team.
Just like Bassey’s goal, Mitrovic’s goal originated from a Pereira corner, bypassed numerous defenders, and found Mitrovic at the back post, who scored with a half-volley instead of a header.
Disgruntled Man Utd fans turned to X to voice their frustration over the repeated defensive lapse.
One fan, sharing a video of Mitrovic’s earlier goal, exclaimed the similarity to the recent concession against Fulham from two years prior.
Another fan sarcastically commented on the team’s misfortunes.
A third fan lamented the near identical nature of the goal conceded twice in two years by their team.
Bruno Fernandes equalized for Man Utd in the 71st minute.
Fernandes’ low left-footed shot found the net, bringing the score level after 90 minutes and pushing the game into extra time.
However, Man Utd faced penalty shootout disappointment when Victor Lindelof and Joshua Zirkzee missed their penalties.
