Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva, currently the top-ranked Russian female player, participated in a fun survey conducted by the organizers of the WTA 1000 tournament in Indian Wells, USA. Before the start of the competition, players were asked who they thought would be the best actor on the WTA tour.
Andreeva jokingly suggested, “Maybe it sounds a bit egotistical, but I think I would be good at acting. I’ll choose myself and Aryna Sabalenka.”
It’s worth noting that Andreeva recently achieved her first WTA 1000 title at the Dubai tournament. The 17-year-old also became the youngest player to ever win a WTA 1000 tournament.
