Honored Russian coach Vladimir Kamelzon shared his expectations for the performance of world number six, Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev, at the Indian Wells Masters tournament.
“He can play well in this tournament. Medvedev is a player who can beat any opponent in this tournament. Unfortunately, he currently experiences slumps, and he loses to players he should be defeating. In the last tournament, he played well and maintained his level, we can say that he has finally gained momentum. Therefore, he can please all the fans and show a good result in this tournament,” said Kamelzon, according to reports.
The current champion of the Indian Wells Masters is Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz. In last year’s final, he defeated Medvedev.
